Step 2: Commission Structure

The process begins by laying out the different commission structures you offer agents in your office.  As you go through this section, think of the “special deals” you may have offered to recruit agents.  CreateAPlan Platinum allows you to enter unlimited number of commission options.  Additionally, note that you have options for both “Split/Fixed” and “Tiered/Graduated” commissions.  The “Tiered/Graduated” option can be based on Agent “Net Earning”, “GCI – Gross Commission Income” or “Company Dollar”.
