Wright Computer Group, LLC (WCG) created CreateAPlan in 1996 as a means to help agents build a basic business plan. As time progressed the original form became so popular in the local market that it had to be changed to meet the demands of the Internet and going growing computer savvy of everyday real estate professionals.

In 2002 CreateAPlan was revamped into an Internet-based Business Planning Tool for the Real Estate Professional.  By 2003 CreateAPlan had earned acceptance in the national spotlight from CRS having placed its “Quality Tested” seal on the product.  CRS also unveiled CreateAPlan to its members at the 2003 National Association of REALTORS® convention in San Francisco. 

Allen Wright, the force behind CreateAPlan, has been helping small business owners plan almost his entire professional career.  With a financial background and a penchant for training Mr. Wright diligently moved CreateAPlan into the forefront of Real Estate Professionals minds through seminars and workshop.  Having a real estate background from a technology and automation perspective CreateAPlan became “the” tool for the “agent/business professional.”

2005 saw a merger of like minds with The RealtyU® Group, Inc. acquiring CreateAPlan to add to its stable of real estate specific career development products, mentors, schools and services.  Successful business planning is an integral part of any successful career and is now available internationally.
